Lift For Life is the signature event of Uplifting Athletes. It is a fun-to-watch strength and conditioning competition giving fans an up-close-and-personal look at their gridiron favorites.

Funds are raised through Day Of Event revenue and the “Friends-Asking-Friends” campaign.

This year's Lift For Life event has been scheduled for July 10, 2009 from 2:00 to 7:00pm.
